We also live in the same property, (but different house) and should you have queries or concerns we’ll be there to attend to you.

Pool is only until 10pm because of noise restrictions and pool maintenance. We allow pool extension with promise to be discreet and minimal noise. We reserve the right to ask houseguests to vacate at anytime if and when we deem they are becoming uncontrollable and house rules are not being observed after repeated warnings.

We are really strict when it comes to 10pm noise. We will reach out to you when noise is getting out of hand especially during the wee hours of your stay. (I hope we are clear on this)

Guests will be able to access the entire floor where the family suite room and the pool is located.

Additional guest/pet (in excess of the initially booked) may be accommodated, but subject to P800.00 per day extra charge.

— Only (1) one pet is allowed. If you have more than 1 pet, please declare them as additional guest as they are like human and additional cleaning is needed for pets. e.g. hair, odor etc.

Furparents should be responsible for their fur babies especially when they’re pottying. Any signs of dirt potty will be charged from the security deposit

— Just a friendly reminder to please CLAYGO(clean as you go) before you leave. We have included in the details that we request all of our guests to treat the place as their own. The cleaning fee is only for the small, basic or simple chores, and the laundry of the bed sheets, pool maintenance and such. Note that the Security deposit will be forfeited if this is not met.
